Pawuri is a service marketplace built to connect clients with verified providers across Africa. We are building the infrastructure for trusted work: discovery, quoting, booking, escrow payments, OTP-confirmed completion, and transparent reviews in one place.
Our goal is straightforward. We want it to be easier for clients to find dependable service providers, and easier for skilled professionals to build credible, sustainable businesses on the continent.
Our mission is to connect African talent with opportunity through a platform designed for trust, speed, and local relevance.
We believe Africa has deep professional skill across trades, technical services, creative work, and logistics. What has often been missing is a reliable operating layer that helps both sides transact with confidence. Pawuri exists to provide that layer.
Every product decision should make life better for the people using the platform: the client trying to get work done and the provider trying to grow a reputation and earn reliably.
Trust is not marketing language for us. It is a system. Verification, escrow, OTP -based completion, evidence collection, and transparent feedback are core parts of how Pawuri works.
We design for African markets from the start. That means local payment methods, local workflows, local operational realities, and local service categories.
Posting a job, receiving a quote, hiring, paying, and closing out work should not be slow or ambiguous. We remove friction where it does not add value.
